The return trip to Alabama

After the reunion we stayed with Corky, which was fun. I think Kara liked not having to share his attention with Aaron.

When I woke up I saw Andy and Kara fast asleep. Kara was on Daddy's tummy and Andy was on Kara's pillow.

Kara and Andy really tired:

Finally back at the house, Kara was playing in the tent. (wondering where Bubba was)

She kept asking me when Aaron was coming with Nana and Papa.

She asked me, "Are they coming Today?"

No not today

"Tomorrow"

No not tomorrow.

Family Reunion (June 20)

We went to the family reunion in Waco and it was fun. It had been a couple of years since we had seen everybody. The picnic (as the kids called it) was at a neat park in Waco. There was a nice pavillion and a playground for the kids to play on. I noticed that Andy and Michael was pushing all the kids on the merry go round (wish I had a picture of that). Later Michael and I pushed. I get dizzy now which is sad because I love the merry go round. I liked that Kara got to play with Bayley and Ava, since she usually plays with boys. Bayley was so sweet she walked up to Kara and real quietly asked, "Would you like to blow bubbles?" Adorable. Aaron followed Elysa and Rebeca around at first and then played with Edwin and Matthew so that was cool. Bingo made me laugh because everyone was so serious at first. The food was great. Bob did awesome grilling, it was so tasty! I loved the desserts and ice cream.
