CHEESE!

Well, we have done some shopping since I last wrote. I got the cookware set I have been eyeing, so that's exciting for me and we got a bigger stroller for Kara so we can go on these roads better in our neighborhood.
We've been watching the Olympic swimming and diving with the kids. That's been interesting. Kara will raise up her arms like they do and dive into the carpet. It must not hurt because she does it repeatedly. Aaron thought the diving was interesting and even wanted to go off the diving board at the pool here. Unfortunately they closed the pool because of weather before he went off so we will hopefully get to try again this weekend.

The kids continue to say funny things to make us laugh. Which is good because they also test us a lot.
While we were driving and listening to music Aaron told us, "Guess what dance Optimus is doing. The Robot. Get it because he is a robot." (I like it when he explains his jokes to us, it's cute)

Kara was trying to get a book from me and said, "Gimme book!" I said, "Can I have the book, please?" trying to model how I wanted her to say it but she just told me, NO!

One morning Kara had sleep in her eye and Andy has a different name for it. He said, "Kara can I get your eye boogers." She said, "Daddy boogers in nose. Boogers in nose." They must both think we are really not that bright because they love to correct us.

Also, Kara was using her hair brush on the furniture and carpet. I told her that brush is a hair brush. It's only for hair. She thought a minute and then started brushing my leg hairs. Um..I guess I should shave.

I have to brag on Aaron for a bit. He brought home a book/card from school. On the front it said, "I like. I love. By Aaron D." On the inside he put, "I like transformers. I love Kara." I thought that was so sweet. Also, his teacher talked with me after school and told me Aaron was a good reader. I know he is but I was surprised because he is usually shy at school, so that was neat.

What a shiney pickup you have there, Aaron. It looks like you have waxed it. Ah, a truck that stays in the garage can look sharp.

I do believe I have the most beautiful grandchildren in the world. The only grandmother who can brag as well is Nana,.
Love you and miss you all
